		UltraTera Corporation (renamed from United Test Center, July 2002) has been providing memory test services since 1995. We have, since 1999 successfully developed for commercial used semiconductor packaging material and state-of-the-art assembly printing technology. We are now able to provide semiconductor substrate material, assembly and packaging to complement testing services.
